Utilizing Infineon's advanced Trench Field Stop IGBT3 technology, this module delivers exceptionally low saturation voltage (VCEsat) and superior switching performance. Designed for rugged industrial applications, it is housed in a standard 62mm package with an insulated copper baseplate, offering excellent thermal conductivity and electrical isolation. This module is optimized for high-frequency switching in motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and welding equipment, operating reliably at junction temperatures up to 150°C.
