The TT600N16KOF is a 1600V, 600A dual thyristor power module from Infineon, part of the 60 mm Power Block series . It features two thyristors in a series-connected configuration using pressure contact technology, which eliminates soldering and ensures high reliability . The module includes an electrically insulated baseplate and is available with pre-applied Thermal Interface Material (TIM) for simplified mounting and improved thermal performance
