Description

The SKKT 106/16E is a 1600V, 106A dual thyristor power module from SEMIKRON-Danfoss, housed in the compact SEMIPACK1 package. It features two isolated thyristors in a single module, designed for AC power control and phase-angle applications. The module utilizes advanced aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic isolated baseplate technology with precious metal pressure contacts, ensuring excellent thermal dissipation and long-term reliability in space-constrained industrial applications
