Description

The SKKQ 800/14E is a 1400V, 800A single thyristor power module from SEMIKRON-Danfoss, housed in the SEMIPACK5 package. It features a single thyristor configuration with amplifying gate design for reliable turn-on performance at high currents. The module utilizes advanced aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic isolated baseplate technology combined with precious metal pressure contacts, ensuring excellent thermal dissipation and long-term reliability in demanding industrial applications
