Description

The SKKE 600/16 is a 1600V, 600A heavy-duty single diode module from SEMIKRON-Danfoss, part of the SEMIPACK® series. It features a silicon junction structure in a compact, isolated A-43 (SEMIPACK4) package designed for high-current rectifier applications. The module utilizes advanced aluminum oxide or aluminum nitride ceramic isolated metal baseplate for excellent heat transfer and includes precious metal pressure contacts for high reliability
