The SKDH116/16-L105 is a 1600V, 116A IGBT power module from SEMIKRON-Danfoss, featuring a 3-phase diode-thyristor bridge with integrated boost chopper and NTC thermistor in a compact SEMIPONT6 package . It utilizes advanced IGBT technology with low saturation voltage (2.1V typ.) and 10μs short-circuit withstand capability . The module offers high surge current rating of 950A and 2500V AC isolation voltage
