The MIXA60WB1200TEH is a 1200V, 60A Converter-Brake-Inverter (CBI) IGBT module from Littelfuse/IXYS, packaged in the industry-standard E3-Pack . It combines advanced XPT™ (Xtreme light Punch Through) IGBT technology with fast and soft SONIC FRD™ diodes . The module integrates a three-phase input rectifier, brake chopper, three-phase IGBT inverter, and an NTC temperature sensor in a single compact, isolated package
