The FS150R12KT4 is a 1200V, 150A six-pack IGBT power module from Infineon's EconoPACK™+ series. The module features an integrated NTC thermistor for accurate temperature monitoring and a robust, compact design with press-fit mounting technology for reliable industrial applications.
