Description

The FS100R12KT4G is a 1200V, 100A six-pack IGBT power module from Infineon's EconoPACK™+ series. It integrates advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with Emitter Controlled 4 diodes, ensuring low saturation voltage, reduced switching losses, and a short-circuit withstand time of 10μs. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for precise temperature monitoring and features a compact, robust package with press-fit mounting for reliable assembly.
