Description

The FP100R12KT4 is a highly integrated 1200V, 100A Power Integrated Module (PIM) from Infineon's EconoPIM™ 3 family . It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module . Built with advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 and Emitter Controlled 4 diode technology, it is engineered for low switching losses and high efficiency . The module features a low stray inductance design, a copper base plate for optimized heat spread, and an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring . It supports high switching frequency operation and is available with solderable pins or PressFIT technology
