The FP75R12KT4 B16 is a highly integrated 1200V, 150A Power Integrated Module (PIM) from Infineon's EconoPIM™ 3 family . It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module . Built with advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology featuring a Trench Field Stop structure, it is engineered for low switching losses and high efficiency . The module achieves a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.25V typical at 75A, enhancing energy efficiency . It features an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring and a copper baseplate for optimized heat dissipation . Designed for high reliability, it supports an extended operating temperature up to 150°C
