Description

The FP25R12KT4 B11 is a highly integrated 1200V, 25A Power Integrated Module (PIM) from Infineon's EconoPIM™ 2 family. It combines a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge, and a brake chopper in a single, compact, and isolated module. Built with advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 and Emitter Controlled 4 diode technology, it is engineered for low switching losses and high efficiency. The module features an integrated NTC temperature sensor for accurate thermal monitoring, an isolated copper baseplate for excellent heat dissipation, and is designed for high power and thermal cycling capability. It supports an extended operating temperature up to 150°C and is available with robust PressFIT mounting technology for reliable, solder-free assembly.
