The DZ1070N22K is an ultra-high-voltage, ultra-high-current HiPak IGBT module engineered for the most demanding and critical applications in power transmission and heavy traction. It delivers an ultra-high blocking voltage of 2200V and an exceptional current rating of 1070A, positioning it at the forefront of high-power conversion technology. Built with advanced trench gate/field-stop IGBT and optimized diode chip technology, it achieves an excellent balance of low conduction losses (VCE(sat)) and low switching losses for high system efficiency.
