The 2SD300C17A2 is a high-voltage, high-current dual diode module designed for robust and efficient rectification in demanding industrial power supplies. It integrates two independent diodes within a compact, isolated package, each rated for a high repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1700V and an average forward current of 300A. The diodes feature a low forward voltage drop (Vf) to maximize efficiency and are engineered with fast soft recovery characteristics to minimize switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
