The SKD83 16 is an ultra-high-current, high-voltage dual diode module designed for the most demanding heavy-duty industrial rectification and power conversion systems. It integrates two high-performance diodes in a robust, isolated package, each rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600V and an impressive average forward current of 83A. The diodes are engineered with an ultra-low forward voltage drop to maximize efficiency and minimize thermal losses, coupled with fast soft recovery characteristics to reduce switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its exceptional surge current capability, high isolation, and rugged EconoDUAL3-style package ensure ultimate reliability and performance in the toughest applications.
