The Ultra-Low-Profile EN5311Ql is targeted toapplications where board area and profile are critical.EN5311Ql is a complete power conversion solutionrequiring only two low cost ceramic MLCC caps.Inductor,MOSFETS,PWM,and compensation areintegrated into a tiny 5mmx4mm x1.1mm QFNpackage. The EN5311Ql is engineered to simplifydesign and to minimize layout constraints. 4 MHzswitching frequencyand internal typelcompensation provides superior transient response.With a 1.1 mm profile, the EN5311Ql is ideal for spaceand height constrained applications.

A 3-pin VD output voltage selector provides sevenpre-programmed output voltages along with anoption for external resistor divider. Output voltagecan be programmed on-the-fly to provide fast,dynamic voltage scaling.
